Indiana law allows ePrescribing of all drugs to allow practitioners and pharmacies in IN to be compliant with the Federal SUPPORT ACT of 2018. Indiana Senate Bill 176 *mandates electronic prescribing of controlled substances ( EPCS ) for all Schedule II-V drugs effective January 1, 2021. If an ePrescribing intermediary is used to transmit ePrescriptions in Indiana then the IN Board of Pharmacy must approve the intermediary. WENO Exchange was approved to operate as an ePrescribing intermediary in Indiana. |
