Texas law allows ePrescribing of all drugs to allow practitioners and pharmacies in TX to be compliant with the Federal SUPPORT ACT of 2018. Governor Abbot signed the TX Controlled Substance Act, House Bill 2174 which *mandates ePrescribing of controlled substances effective January 1, 2021. |
