Missouri law allows ePrescribing of all drugs to allow practitioners and pharmacies in MO to be compliant with the Federal SUPPORT ACT of 2018. Missouri Statute 195.550 *mandates ePrescribing of only Sch II-IV drugs effective January 1, 2021. |
